We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Is the issue related to this form?

    https://form.jotform.com/202852988733468

If so, could you please let us know if we can send a test submission to test it from our end?

I also see three (3) appointment fields on the form, does the issue occur for all appointment fields?

    Looking forward to your response.

I was able to replicate the issue to your form. However, when I clone it, it works as expected on my end.

Can you please try cloning this form: https://form.jotform.com/202951260211947 and send a test submission and see if the date and time are working as expected?

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Just now i got recieved the over-limit message stated that i've used more than 1000. Then now when i refresh and see, the form views, currently it has been reset to 0. Thanks for that Jherwin!

Yes I already tried the cloning form you mentioned just now. and it does not change anything about the time. Still the same issues. However, about the date, currently its working fine, but sometimes, after its working fine, when i tried to book using the appointment form again, the same issues will arise. The issue about the date is always happen like if I choose 24 October 2020, it will store 23 October 2020. By the way just to inform you that I'm using Kuala Lumpur time zone.

I'm sending the data to store in SQLite database by do some backend using python language.

By the way just to inform you that I'm using Kuala Lumpur time zone.

I have the same timezone as you so there should be no difference when trying out the form.

When I tried to book using the appointment form again, the same issues will arise. The issue about the date always happens like if I choose 24 October 2020, it will store 23 October 2020.

The clone form still works as expected on my end. I submitted the form several times using the method you mentioned, but I was unable to replicate the issue. Is there any way you can take a short clip of the problem? We can send that to our developer for further checking.

Another issue I'm facing is that whenever if i change to Time format of 24 Hours, and i tried to do booking, it keep stated that the appointment has been booked. It happen for all of the 3 appointment type. I dont know why its happening like that.

We do not recommend editing the appointment field once you have submitted appointments or submissions. That may only cause a conflict in time slots and appointments. How about setting the time format to 24 hours before submitting and see if you can still replicate the issue?

Can you please screen-record this as well so we can review and forward it to our devs if necessary?

    Thank you!

    Thanks for the screencast.

Just to let you know, when I'm using your cloning form, the issue of date is resolved. however, if I'm using my own form id, the issue still did not resolve.

I reviewed your form and it has no submissions yet because it is still in develop mode. Can you please try to clone the form in your account and use that instead because the clone form works as expected?

    • I can't replicate this issue on my end. Please try clearing your browser cache and cookies for Jotform first before testing the form.

    • JotForm's servers use US Eastern Standard Time (New York time) and that is what our support forum uses.

    That's your form, correct?

The clone version of your form is working as expected, here's my screencast on my end.

If you wish, I can transfer this clone form to your account so that you no longer have any issues in the appointment field. Or, try deleting the appointment fields on your form and see if it fixes the issue.
