Skip questions and show submit button in card forms

Hi

I want to show a submit question A based on condition they choose 0-2500 as the multiple choice.

If they choose any of the other 3 answers I want them to skip to a different submit question.

Seems this should be elementary but now have wasted an entire day figuring this out.

Please be aware, if I could achieve this with a different TY page I would be fine with, but your thank you pages are completely hindered from editing, making look professional and ease of use.

I am actually in awe of how difficult such easy logic should be...
