Image picker widget not loading sometimes

Hi

I'm having an issue viewing the color options on all of my forms ( the image widget ) my customers are telling me they can't view the colored and neither can I at times, we have to refresh the page to order for the colors to show up.

what can we do about this? Please resolve ASAP thank you!

I've checked the form on your website and using its own URL as well. It seems to be working as expected here. I've tried multiple browsers and I'm unable to replicate the issue.

This might occur due to a poor internet connection. Are your users reporting any specific device or browser on which they are facing this issue?

I've checked your form on Chrome as well and it is working as expected. I've also cleared your form cache. You can do that as well from your account settings. Please check the related guide below.

The problem is still going on, I checked another one of my forms, and I took a video showing the problem but it will not let me attach it. I refreshed 5 times before could see the colors.
