I want to pre-populate a form and send it to the client so they can finish it and send it back. I am looking at https://prepopulate.jotform.io/

I do not see the "continue" option when I select my form checkbox on Windows or my Jotform iPhone app.

    Suggestions? Thank you.

Have you already tried your other browsers? Kindly check.

I tried configuring a form in the app, and the Continue button was there.

Chrome with extensions. A small "working" notice pops up on the lower right screen. It's very fast. I captured it by recording the screen. I do not get the "continue" button.1603390914 5f91cdc2d2259 working Screenshot 10

Chrome with extensions disabled is the same.

I still need to test Brave, Firefox, and Edge.

This is on a W7 machine with Norton 360. I also have a W10 machine I can test.

I-phone Jot app version 1.13.24 does not have a checkbox I can select to cause prefill to activate.

I will send more in a day or so. I need to update my password so I can log in to all the various browsers I have. I will also turn off pop-up blockers and see what happens.

If it still doesn't work, please check your browser console for related errors.

I believe your security could also be the reason. You can see that in the console logs. Please take a screenshot, and send it here as well.

    Thanks

I also tried Chrome in my W10 machine and it did not work. I did not screen capture the W10 report.

I also turned Chrome off and back on after turning off Norton 360.

Kindly disable your antivirus and browser extensions, then share a screencast/video when using the Prepopulate App.

You can also try using a rarely used browser which most likely hasn't been much customized so that we can isolate the issue.
