Error when submitting a form

    Patients have issues completing and submitting their form. On the very last page they will either get an error that they did not complete a field, which they did, or when they submit that is an error message. Sometimes we do get their form and usually if they get that error we get the form multiple times. Some patients even redo the paperwork multiple times and it will never submit to us. This is a huge waste and frustration on our patients fault

    I have tested a cloned version of your form using a desktop browser, but I was not able to reproduce the submission issue.

    What field is not considered as filled for your users? Is it always the same field? Also, if there are any specific steps to reproduce it, please let us know.

    If you are having issues with uploads, I would like to suggest hiding the Image Upload Preview widgets (to keep the current data), and using the regular File Upload field(s) instead.

    Or, you can clone the form and replace the Image Upload Preview widgets with the File Upload fields on it.

    Widgets take additional time to load and resources compared to the regular fields. Also, regular fields may be more stable in general.
