My Jot form gets sent when a customer fills it out

When a possible customer fills out my form when does this information go to my Jot form and get sent to me? I noticed there is no button on the form that a person must activate for the process to begin after they filled it out.

You will have to add a submit button in your form for your users to submit the form. This is found in the Form Elements named Submit in the form builder. Here's an example:
