Thank you very much for your help. The problem is finally solved thanks to you.
I have one last problem. This is the calendar month, today and initials of weekdays (S, M, T, W, T, F, S) are displayed in English and I like to have the French version.
Can you tell me if this is possible?

When editing your forms, be sure that the page is set in Français, so that the form will save in French.
I have fixed the problem in your back and next button by choosing Français in the language options and saving it. Kindly check your form now.
Let me know if there's anything else you'd like to have assistance with.

You're welcome thierry. I am afraid though that the days in the calendar cannot be translated even if the language option you picked is French. I have submitted a report ticket for this request though. Our developers will see what they can do.
Please be reminded though that we cannot give a lead time for completion. Our development team gets a lot of requests everyday but they do not have the luxury of time to implement everything.
We will just notify you of updates via this thread. Thank you for your understanding.
