I have trouble with account Set Up

    I am having trouble with my account. When I pull up the login page, my device prefills username/password. I have a username/password stored in my passwords keychain -- I honestly don't remember setting one up. I get an invalid password or login id, when I try the combination of my email/password. I tried manually entering the password stored in my keychain, but that doesn't work either.

    When I go through the steps for Forgot Password, I get a success message, but do not receive an email.

    When I try to create a new account with my email, it says that it is already associated to an account.

    I'm kind of stuck. Could you advise me on what to do next?

    Yes, you do have an account linked to leek@usinternet.com.

    I have now sent a password reset link to this email address. Please check the email and create a new password.

    You can then log in using your email address/username and the new password.
