Airtable integration is stuck

Hi,

I'm using jotform linked to my airtable account. Records are created with infos from the form used on our jotform account. The records are not being created since the 15th of october.

We already had the same problem one time a while back and it was resolve by jotform support.

Could you please look into it ?

Hello Louis, can you please tell us to which form this issue is related to? I checked your forms and both of them were integrated into the Airtable. Also, have you noticed something in your form that could be causing the issue?

Based on the most recently edited form in your account, I guess the issue is related to this one?

Can you please try to re-integrate the form to the Airtable and see if it fixes the issue?

The issue is related to the two forms we have on jotform. Both are integrated to the same airtable base and have been stuck since the 15th of october.

As i previously said, we have had the same issue last year and it was resolved by jotform support. it should be an error or bug from your part.

Re-integrating the forms is the first thing we did with no effect.

Please get back to me asap as it has been 2 weeks since the integration is stuck.

I have tested a cloned version of your form https://www.jotformeu.com/form/93104591098359 but I can't seem to replicate the issue at my end.

The data is forwarded to my Airtable.

I have cleared your form cache.

Please try to re-integrate Airtable again in your form and let us know how it goes.

You may also try to view your web browser console logs for errors when integrating.
