Our account has been downgraded to starter without our Authority

    We received a refund on on 15 October and were advised our account has been downgraded to "Starter". Now we have been advised that we have reached our "submission Limit"

    We did not request any cancelation or down grade of the account.

    Please reinstate our account to its original classification

    of "Bronze Yearly Non-Profit"

    Our credit card details are unchanged.
