Which plan do I need to add multiple recipient email?

I am wanting to set up 2 notification email conditions and it says I have to purchase a plan but it does not say which one. I was able to set one email notification condition but not a second?

Please note that in free plan, you can only add one recipient email. If you want to send submission email to multiple email addresses, you need to upgrade your account.
