Submissions are not being sent to integrated Google Drive.

    Im trying to get my CoVid 19 form synced with Google Drive and i am not seeing anything come over.


    Can you guys look into this for me.

    I am not able to check integration of your form because of HIPAA compliance. I did test Google Drive integration in our own HIPAA compliant form and the integration works just fine.

    I have sent a test submission in your form. Please check your integrated Google Drive and see if the folder with PDF was created in your Google Drive or not.

    It has not came over, is there any specific things that need to be turned on Google workplace /drive

    No there is no other additional steps required for the Google Drive integration to work. I would suggest you to please remove the integration from your form and then integrate your form again with Google Drive to see if that solves your problem.

    I would also suggest you to please ensure that you are checking in the correct integrated folder.
