How do I have someone in our team fill out a form using data from a submitted form?

    I'm an exec of a small residential development company and we'd like to see a report of our maintenance requests from homeowners in our project that have been reviewed by our foreman.

    I have created a form for a homeowner to submit a maintenance request. My plan is to have our foreman review the request and go in the house to evaluate. Then we would like him to fill out another form writing up details for exec team using data from maintenance request submission.

    The exec team will review both the requests from homeowners and the evaluation from our foreman to make decisions on fixing a house. So my question is how we can work on Jotform to have all of the data in one file without exchanging pdf files around or giving our foreman an access to edit homeowner submission data?
