How to create a public forms with password protection?

Can we create a required User Name and Password on a Public form? We have a number of sign up forms across our various chat businesses that work this way and we are interested in moving them all across to Jotform but have not yet been able to find out how to do it. Can you assist?

If you require your users to login, you can assign a form to them.

This will require them to login to their Jotform before accessing the assigned forms.
