I'm receiving ORDER ID is missing after submit.

    Dear Sir

    I am testing the "order flow" of Jotform, after I create the form and testing the flow.

    It show that " ORDER ID is missing from the form submission." Order ID is missing.

    Please advise how can I set up for collecting the customers place order?

    It should be should the "order successful " page and send a auto email to this customer? right.

    Hello Nicole - Is this the form you're working on?


    If so, I checked that form and you have no payment integration for your product field. If you do not want to process payments, you can use the purchase order integration
