    Hi Alliewoo,

    Thank you for contacting Support.

You can use the Purchase Order if you need to get payments from your users by check or wire transfer.

    https://www.jotform.com/help/460-How-to-Create-Payment-Form-with-Purchase-Order

Keep in mind that the Purchase Order tool does not process any payments.

If you would like to provide the user with bank transfer details you can share the information via form Thank You Page and email Autoresponder.

But, if you wish to add bank transfer along with PayPal payment then you will need to follow the method in this guide: How-to-Create-a-Basic-Multiple-Payment-Form

Let us know how you wish to proceed so we can further assist you accordingly.

    Hi:

I wanted to know if the collection of things like bank account, institution number, and transit number in a form is allowed under your Terms of Use.

    Hi Alliewoo,

Sadly, you won't be allowed to collect bank account details as it will violate our Terms.

However, if you want to collect other info for payment purposes (e.g. card details), that will then be processed later, we offer several payment processors that will allow you to achieve that.

    1. Here's the complete list of all Payment Processors we integrate with https://apps.jotform.com/category/payment_processing

    2. Here's a great article that will help you decide which one to choose: Which-Payment-Processor-is-Right-for-Your-Business

    3. And to enable Payment Authorization (collect payment details now and charge them later), here's a quick guide How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization (note that this option is only available in PayPal, Stripe, Authorize.Net)

    I hope this helps.
