Unable to connect my Jotform account to Stripe

    Hi, I am having trouble with connecting my form with Stripe, I have contacted Stripe and my account is fine and there are no restrictions whatsoever.


    I have dragged stripe element to my form and i have clicked on 'Connect to Stripe' button and I have logged in, however it keeps saying 'Connecting' and it keeps going.

    Thank you for reaching support,

    I cloned and tested the form and I was able to connect successfully to Stripe.

    Can you please use a different browser to access the form and connect? Perhaps on a Private Window or Incognito Mode?

    We had the same issue with this form and then it finally connected to Stripe. However now when running a live transaction it goes us an API Key error. I have no idea what this means. See screenshot slice.

    Hi there,

    Can you please delete the current payment integration and add it back into the form and reconnect?

    It could possibly be that your Stripe API key is outdated. Here is a guide on how to locate it: https://support.stripe.com/questions/locate-api-keys-in-the-dashboard

    You may also inquire if Stripe has placed restrictions on your account preventing you from transacting?
