Error's when using our account

    Hi,

    We keep getting an error when in our account and trying to print out our forms. The error says Temorarily Back end unavailable. Can you help with this? It is very inconvenient because we are in our account every day printing off patient forms. How can we fix this issue?

    We are currently not facing any server issues.

    Could you try logging into your account using an incognito/private browsing window and check OR clear your browser cache and check, please?
