I continue getting error message :
ORDER ID is missing from the form submission.

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your form and found that it is not yet connected with your PayPal checkout account. Please check the screenshot below:
I would suggest you to please open your PayPal wizard, click on the "Connect" button to integrate the form with your PayPal account. After integration is successful, please ensure that you scroll down to the wizard window and click on the "Continue" button.
