    I am having problems viewing my forms on iPhone.

    Asked by HappyfeetCT on September 05, 2013 at 10:21 PM

    The form works fine on my PC but on my iPhone the hidden colapse forms are all visable. The form still appears to work properly but it does not look very good. What needs to be done to have these boxes work in iOS?

    May I know the Website/page URL where your form are embedded so that I can replicate the issue on my iPhone.

     I would suggest to re-embed your form using iframe embed code. This should help fixed this issue. Getting the Form iFrame Code
    If it still doesn't work, please try to inject this custom mobile CSS query to your form:

    @media only screen and (max-device-width: 550px){

    width:300px !important;

    min-width:300px !important;

    max-width:300px !important;

    Adjust the numbers to match your form.

    Follow this guide on how to inject this codes

    1. Click Setup & Embed

    2. Preference

    A new window will pop-up.

    3. Then click Form Styles

    4. And paste the code under Inject Code CSS box.

    And then close that window and you're done.

    Kindly check if that could fix the issue.

    If problem persists please do let us know so that we could further investigate.

    Thank you for using JotForm. :)

    Thanks for your help but the methods you suggest don't seem to work because the form expands based on the form input and then much of the form ends up outside the displayed area.

    The form is embedded at www.happyfeetct.com and can be found under the "class registration" tab on the left side.

    Here's the look on my iPhone using the code I have provided you. (Kindly see the image below)

    Can you verify if you are seeing the same view on your iOS device?

    It would be great if you can provide a screenshot so that I can visualize better? For us to provide the appropriate fix.

    Kindly clear your iPhone browser cache and check the website/page again.

    To clear the browser cache

    From the Home screen, choose Settings > Safari. Tap Clear Cache.

    Kindly let us know if problem persists so that we could further investigate.

    Thank you.
