Signature Fields Scrolls Screen On Touch

    The signature field on our form is not responding to iPads and Android Tablet.

    This started this morning. No changes were made on the form which would effect this.

    If the users touches the box for signature, the "touch" responds only to scroll the page up and down. As if the page does not know to place a "drawing/signature" in the box.

    I have tested this on my Android Phone and the PC. The form does work with these devices.

    Have any changes been made to the Jot Form end or any known changes with Tablet web browsers in reference to compatibility issues? Or required updates?

    I have used Chrome and Safari browsers which are not working?

    Hi Rich,

    I have gone ahead and checked the provided form on both devices(iPad and Android), however, I was unable to replicate the issue, I'm successfully able to draw my signature on both devices.

    I have cleared the form cache, You may give it another try and let us know if the issue still persists, We would be glad to assist you.
