    Changing text color on selected field

    Asked by kimkat2013 on September 05, 2013 at 10:46 PM

    My form is white lettering on a blue field, but when you are filling out the form the background defaults to white.

    Can you tell me how to change color on text when field is selected?

    Thanks!

    If you're referring to the yellow highlighting of focussed fields, it can be suppressed by going into the form's Preferences (Setup & Embed tab). Go to the Field Styles tab and disable Highlight Effect:

    Actually, if you would like to keep the highlighting but change the color of the text, just add the following rule to the form's injected CSS:

    .form-line-active .form-sub-label {
    color: #000;
    }

    Oops! The extra rule should really be

    .form-line-active .form-sub-label,
    .form-line-active #cid_10 label {
    color: #000;
    }
