Assignee submissions are not showing in the form or with the assignee

    tammy@ghcapartments.com has submitted her time sheet, received a Thank you page, and it is not registering or coming to us. Her app still says no submissions.

    She seems to be the only with the issue.

    Hi, @mmalone14845. How are you?


    I have been looking at your form, and I see your form has a pending submission. As your form has enabled the option of saving response, maybe she has saved the form instead of submitting it. Please, ask her to complete the submission or try it again.

    Can you also kindly ask her to clear the browser cache and/or use the browser in incognito mode?

    The pending one is mine, I'm testing this so people can fill out the timesheet daily and then submit once a week.


    I actually submitted from Tammy's phone the time sheet and saw the Thank you for your submission page on the app. I did not receive the submission, I don't see it on my end or hers.


    She is not using this in browser mode. She is using the app.

    I would like to assign your form to me and try to fill it using IOS and ANDROID devices. If the problem persists, I will report this issue to our developers. Can you please give me permission to assign your form to me and submit? After that, I'll delete my submissions.

    To clarify, when your assignee check the form in the JotForm Mobile form app there is no submission?

    May we know the mobile device you're using so that we can try to replicate the issue?

    The assignee is using an Iphone 11. She gets a thank you for your submission screen ( I have a screenshot) and then she gets a "You have no submissions" (also have a screenshot) , I also do not show any submissions for her the way you mentioned above.     I can't seem to replicate the issue using my assignee account on JotForm mobile form.

    I am able to view the submission as an assignee and the form owner.

    I would suggest you resend the form to your assignee by revoking and adding the assignee again.
