    Thank you for contacting our support team.

    After checking your account, I can see that you are scheduled to downgrade tomorrow, October 23rd, 2020, due to a failed payment. When you update your CC information, the payment should automatically go through, however, it seems that your account was still not charged.

    As you can see, your Billing page still shows that the subscription is overdue. Can you kindly try updating the Credit Card info once again and ensure that you are using a valid card?
