Change account username

    yes totally understand that but that is not my problem ---- My username is incorrect:

    finudusltd

    findus is spelt wrong so need to change my username on my account but I am unable to do that

    it says: Please contact us to update your username.

    But if I get this done then all my current form URL links will break right?????

    It so very difficult for me to do as we have a lot of forms that have been emailed out to potential clients to fill in the form.

    We can change your account username. Please let us know what account username you want and we will check if it is available.

    Unfortunately, the account username Findus is already taken.

    Hi Support --- I would like firstly: findusnz

    If that is not available then findusltd

    But before we change to correct spelling I need to know that my current forms will not break and have sent out links to 1000's of businesses to claim a free listing and I do not want the links to break

    for example, this is one of my forms so if I change to correct spelling then these forms will all break to the databases we have sent out to is that correct? or how do you think I can resolve the issue.

    As only other way, I can think of is to start another account with correct spelling and clone my current account then slowing faze out all the forms I have out in the marketplace and then close down this account

    Hello,

    I still didn't update your account username.

    If I change your account username, you will need to update the custom form links you send to your users. That's the only issue I can think of. (https://www.jotform.com/help/261-how-to-create-a-custom-url-of-a-form)

    If you're not using the custom URL to your form, then I think it is safe to proceed.

    Also, It will not break the form or any submissions by changing the account username.

    Hi team a while ago I logged a request to change my user user name as spelt incorrectly

    Option 1 - findus/ if not available then

    Option 2 - findusnz/ if not available then

    Option 3 - findusnewzealand/ if not available then

    Option 4 - findusltd
