Getting error message "you are not authorized" when we click on link from form submission

    Our forms were working fine before but all of sudden, when our staff receives an email from JotForm with a form submission and they click to the link to view the submission they get an error.

    This may have something to do with your privacy settings. Try disabling the following option here: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings.
