Subscription for schools

Hello, I take care of the website for a dance school. We are hoping to put the competition forms online and the forms I am creating with jot form are wonderful.

The thing is, these forms are only filled out 1 or 2 times a year. We would obtain many submissions when it is time but all the other months of the year this would not be necessary.

I am reading that you can upgrade/downgrade your account at any time. I just want to verify that I could activate the account when we need the forms filled out and downgrade when it is not necessary?

Would a dance school fall under your education discount. Thanks for your help.
