Form "Error Code 1202"

    Any idea what might cause this?

    I cloned and tested the form and I was able to fille out and successfully submit the form:1603393956_5f91d9a41538e_y1.png

    Can you please use a different browser or a different device to make the submission? Perhaps in a private window or incognito mode?

    I will also clear your form cache so let us know how it goes.

    Yes the problem is not consistent and this was using the mobile app not a browser?

    I've created a clone of your form and it seems to be working as expected on the mobile app as well. The error is occurring on a specific device or on random devices?
