Hi I'm trying to figure out if I can build a form from a properly formatted CSV, where the multiple choice questions and answers are determined by called out cells.

Similar to how the Import feature lets you import data, is there a feature that allows you to import a Form?

Or possibly is there a workflow similar to this where lots of questions and multiple choice answers can be submitted at once?

    Hello,

Currently, there is not a feature that would allow you to import a CSV into JotForm and see it automatically converted into a form. We apologize for the inconvenience.

However, we have a feature to import forms: you can import a form from a web page (an already live JotForm), or you can import a PDF form. Whenever you click on the "Create Form" button, you will be prompted to choose whether you want to create, import, or clone a form.

Would there be a way to convert your CSV file into a PDF form, then import it in JotForm?

    Thank you,

    Regards,

    Simon
