Email notification is not opening

Whenever I attempt to adjust the settings on this form (specifically the Email Notification) it completely freezes the entire app.

I've included the link to it. Could you please check it out and see why this is happening and how I can fix it?

I've already cleared my cache twice, and that had no effect.

    Thank you

    Hi Bill,

I cloned the form and I was able to replicate the issue. The browser stops responding.

Did you customize your email content? If not, please try creating a new notification email to fix the issue. You can follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-setting-up-email-notifications

We'll wait for your reply. Thank you!

    Hi Vincent Jay,
    Thank you for your response.
Actually, I had created AND was in the process of customizing the
Notification Email when the problem started.
    I am including two screenshots.
The first shows the result of me opening my form from the "My Forms"
screen, selecting the "SETTINGS" option at the top of the Form Builder followed
by selecting the "EMAILS" option on the left nav. As you can see, there is
both an orange-tabbed "NOTIFICATION 1" bar and a green-tabbed "AUTORESPONDER
    1" bar.
The second screenshot shows the result of selecting the orange edit icon
that appears when I hover my cursor over the orange-tabbed "NOTIFICATION 1"
bar. As you can see here, there is an absence of content in the *Email
Content* section, and thus, nothing to edit. I should also mention that at
this point, the entire JotForm application has now been rendered
non-responsive. I can't even navigate to other pages within the form.
As I mentioned in my initial email, I have already cleared my caches,
shutdown my computer, and restarted my Chrome browser, but to no avail.
    Thank you.

    Hi,

Sorry for the late reply. -

There seems to be an issue with your form that causes it to freeze when you try to edit the Notification template. I am having the same problem with a clone.

To fix the issue, I recommend you delete the current notification template and configure a new one.

Let us know if you need any further assistance.
