Prepopulating spreadsheet-to-form widget with dynamic textbox outputs

Hi! Is there any way to automatically pass the output fields of dynamic textbox widgets of one form to the names of columns and raws of spreadsheet-to form widget (or just table element) in the second form.

The problem is, that I don't know neither the fields IDs of the dynamic widget ahead(even the number of them), nor the number of columns and raws in the spreadsheet or table (and hence their IDs).

As a final result I want to build a calculator as on the screeshot included. As the first step the respondents will list the input and output factors, as the second step will score their pairs.

    I have prepaired two forms:

https://eu.jotform.com/build/202953989050059 with spreadsheet to form widget for prepopulating the names of the columns and raws

    Thank you!

Unfortunately, data from the widget can't be pass yet, so I don't think the method will work.

As for the table, I believe you can do this with the Input Table field.

We have the following guide for the input table calculation: https://www.jotform.com/help/414-calculate-values-in-the-input-table-through-condition.

Kindly check, and let us know if you can't get it to work.

    Thanks
