Account locked due but can't login after password reset

    Hi,

    We're trying to login to our account after getting locked out. We've reset the password but it still won't let us in. Can you help, please?

    It appears that the account is still locked. That is why the reset didn't work. I've reactivated it. Please initiate the reset password again.
