How to allow multiple people access submitted form?

We're evaluating JotForm for an online application for service using your encryption feature, and would like to send the form notification email to an email distribution group of a few CSRs then have a CSR login to JotForm to retrieve the completed form. What is the most cost-effective way to allow multiple users to login to get completed forms?

You can use the assign forms feature and have them login to their own account and used the form that was assigned to them.
