I can't get a hidden area to show up on the actual form after unhiding it

I am using one of your templates and I can't get a hidden area to show up on the actual form after unhiding it. Can someone please help me with this?

May I know which field are you tryin to unhide? You can actually remove the conditions that hides the fields. Just go to https://www.jotform.com/build/202955906586165/settings/conditions and you should see the lists of conditions that show and hide.

You can select them all and choose disable if you won't be using them all.

You can go to your FORM SETTINGS > CONDITIONS > Click the Pencil Icon of each condition that has "Show Traveller Date of Birth" and then delete the "Date of Birth" field.. Please refer to the screenshot below:

Hi again - I revisited your form It seems there are still conditions that function to only "Show Date of Birth" when the full name is filled. Kindly delete them to show the field upon form load.
