When I try to change the email associated with my account, it says email sent. I get no email. Tried multiple times. It just resets back to the old email. I'm literally being prompted by jotform site to change it. Why is this a problem?

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. I resent the verification email to this email address (perrywn*****@gmail.com), can you please check your email inbox again?
Also, please check your spam folder and see if the verification email is there.

That email is our old IT admin. We need the email address changed to colby.smith@illinoisastc.com. We have no contact with the owner of perrywn*****@gmail.com for legal reasons.

Hi,
Since you are logged into your account but don't have access to your current account email, you disable this privacy option from your account settings, so it won't ask you for verification to change account email:
