I am receiving errors on my form

    I am receiving errors on my forms that they can not be found.

    Please assist.

    Hi Elizabeth,

    Looks like your account got auto suspended due to your form "Driver Time Sheets". It has a high phishing score due to one field in which you are asking for a "Credit Card".

    We've reactivated your account. But please note that collecting credit card details in simple text fields is not allowed. The offensive field has been removed from the form.

    You should be able to access your forms now.
