Is it possible to automate my MailChimp workflow with Jotform?

I have subscribers on mailchimp and at the end of the newsletter I want to have the option for them to download a certificate of completion. I want to put a link in my email that my subscribers can click and then enter the name they want to appear on their certificate (or somehow get this name information automatically from Mailchimp). This is where jotform maybe comes in. I will upload a pdf of the certificate of completion to jotform, but then how will I automate the process of adding a person's name to the certificate? I want them to be able to click a link, type in their name (or get this info automatically pulled from Mailchimp), and then be able to download and share on social media a copy of their certificate of completion. Is this something that jotform can do? If so how do I do it?

Jotform's integration with MailChimp only sends the data of the submitted form, but you can't pull data from MailChimp into your form or into your PDF.

Jotform only does the following with MailChimp's integration:

    • Add new subscribers to your email lists
    • Update existing subscriber data
    • Add contacts

Unfortunately, I'm not familiar of any other marketing software that would allow you to automate this.

This doesn't answer the question at all. How do I make a certificate of completion with jotforms? Is it possible?

    Hello,

Unfortunately, we do not have a specific tool to create a certificate completion. However, this is possible by setting up the certificate template on the PDF editor. Then attach the PDF document on the autoresponder email. In this way, when the user fills in the online form, they will receive a copy of the PDF submission in a certificate layout: -How-To-Include-Submissions-As-PDF-Attachment-In-The-Email-Notifications.

Here are some of the guides to further assist you:

Here's a demo form. Please try to fill in this form with a valid email address to receive the autoresponder with the PDF certificate: https://form.jotform.com/202967053511048

I hope this helps. Let us know if you are referring to a different workflow or if I have misunderstood your query.
