Blurry Banner Image (Can't fix it!)

Hi!

I have uploaded banner pictures before and they did not come out blurry, now these ALL are. Can you help me fix this?

The image is the same size as the image that was not blurry before so that size is right.

The one shown in your screenshot is uploaded to your website. You need to fix this in your site builder if you want to make images clear.
