Trying to create a hipaa compliant payment form using jotforms & square to include on my website.

I'm trying to create a hipaa compliant payment form using jotforms & square to include on my website (squarespace). I've successfully created a payment form that works but it sends unencrypted transaction information via email when the payment is submitted. Sending unencrypted patient information - including payment transaction information - vie email is not hipaa compliant. You claim to support hipaa compliant forms, are square payment forms not included in this?

We support HIPAA compliant forms for HIPAA users. Please note that the HIPAA features are only available to Silver and Gold plan subscription.
