having issues with a recurring payment form

    I have created a form that gives donors the option of enrolling in recurring payments.


    the form was tested by subscribing to donate $5.00 per week for three weeks.

    I received the donor thank you email, and the foundation received the administrative donation email notification however the emails look unusual. They hold the amount of 5 but have no indication of the ($) sign and no indication of how many recurring payments were selected. We also always receive a notification from our merchant Authorize that is used as a payment gateway on all our forms but we did not get any emails for this transaction from them. is there anything missing on the form? the first error we received was to enable automatic billing on the authorize side which was done. ill attach a screen shot of the email.

    Hi, thank you for contacting JotForm support.

    I have checked your form and I see that it was successfully set up for the Authorize.Net integration. I have found no issues with it.

    The dollar $ sign is not shown in the submission but instead, it is in USD to be more specific with the currency. Please also note that the number of recurring payments is not displayed in the submission, you can manually check it on your Authorize.Net dashboard through the transaction/subscription ID.
