limit to 5 forms when i paid for a year

    Please update my record as I have paid for a year and am still getting a restriction of 5 per month. Please improve your service.

    Hi Rachel! You have two accounts with us, i.e. "nicholslpc" and "nicholsllpc".

    1. You upgraded your "nicholsllpc" account via PayPal on 19th October and it is currently set to the SILVER Yearly plan.
    2.     Your account "nicholslpc" is still on the FREE plan.

    In case you wish to primarily use your PAID account, we can move your forms along with submissions and settings from your FREE account to your PAID account. Let us know if you want us to.
