i need help linking my pay pal to Jot form

yes i have a pay pal business account, i just double checked

where need to add in pay pal check out, it's gray and it won't let me select PP checkout

After checking your form I can see that the Paypal account is not connected.

Please go to your Form and click on Connect, the recommendation is to open the Paypal account in another tab and make sure that your account is approved as Business.
