JotForm Submissions:: User faced duplicate submissions

    Hi guys,

    I have received the same form twice - see screen shot below. Stuart says he did not send two. Is it possible that he did send it twice (I thought the form cleared after sending) or is something else happening?

    If Stuart refreshed the Thank You Page, the submission may be resent.

    I'm sorry about your problem. I have tested the issue and as a result of the test, I was able to recreate the issue. That's why a ticket has been created and escalated to our developer team. We cannot provide an ETA on when the issues fixed. However, you will be notified when it's fixed via this thread.

    Meanwhile, as a workaround, you can use the CAPTCHA field to prevent duplicate submissions.

    Here is a step-by-step guide for adding a CAPTCHA field to your form:

    1. Click Add Form Element on the form builder1603451692_5f92bb2c83194_
    2. Find the Captcha field from the left panel and add it to your form by clicking or dragging.1603451894_5f92bbf659ba7_
