I am using this form ID: https://form.jotform.com/202958661660866

It is on a Clickfunnels page in google chrome.

I had used the embed code but that stopped the sliders from being visible, so I used the iFrame code.

Now the slides are visible, however when I submit the form I want them to be redirected to an external website.

Google chrome automatically blocks the pop up on desktop.

    Help please.

I cannot upload a screenshot as every time I try to submit this support form I get an error 413413 Request Entity Too Large

Hello! The Redirect URL if implemented is supposed to open up in the same web page/tab. It seems that ClickFunnels is overwriting this behaviour and trying to open this URL in a popup instead. Google Chrome is then blocking it.

Please get in touch with ClickFunnels support regarding this and let us know what they say.

As a workaround, you can use a "Thank you" page instead and create a HERO button that would be a link to your landing page. Users can click on this button after submitting your form and then click on this button to visit your landing page. This way, there won't be any popup and user will be guaranteed to land on your landing page (provided they click the button).

    Thank you!
