Hi
We use jotform to gather information from our members which we need to refresh every 12 months.
Is it possible to have reminder email sent to them 12 months after the last time they submitted the form so we don't have to track things manually?

If you have assigned a form to your members, then you can schedule reminders as explained here: https://www.jotform.com/help/663-Setting-up-reminder-emails-for-your-assignees
