Hi, thank you for contacting JotForm support.

I have checked the submissions of the form https://www.jotform.com/form/202828170126046 and I can see the file attachments in the submissions.

Can you please provide us with the submission ID of the submissions who don't have the attachments?

    Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/549-where-to-find-the-submission-id

We look forward to your response.

Hi, @bcat2020. I hope you are having a wonderful day.

I'm having some difficulties when trying to re-upload the submitted files. I will need to ask for a little bit more time. As soon as possible I will return with news.

    I appreciate your patience.

    Have a great weekend 😀✨

    Hi, @bcat2020.

I have been investigating it with @Jovanne_A and other colleagues. It seems that the user has never submitted files on your form. And it is bizarre because all fields are required. So, one possible answer for this can be that the user has disabled browser's JavaScript. The required fields are checked using JavaScript, and if they are disabled, the user can submit a form skipping the required fields.

To avoid this kind of trick from users, I would like to recommend adding the NoScript widget to your form. It will hide your form and show the message you define when someone disables the browser's JavaScript while filling your form.

    Best regards, 🍀

Hello! You should not face this problem now as your users won't see the form if JS is disabled in their browsers.

    Thank you!
