unable to submit form due to issues with captcha

    Good morning,


    I've had two clients tell me that they've had issues with the Captcha and they've been unable to successfully submit their intake. Could you kindly assist with this? I would really appreciate it. I cannot submit claims without this information and then they're hesitant to complete the intake again. It's a pain. Thank you!


    I think it's clients that use their phone.

    Hi there - Apologies for the inconvenience.

    I cloned your form but wasn't able to replicate the issue on my android phone. I had no issues with the CAPTCHA. Please see my recorded screen video here.

    Did your users see any error message when submitting your form? If, kindly share it with us so we can investigate further. If possible, kindly send it as a screenshot.

    I have also cleared your form cache as a precaution.
