I have a form integrated to Egnyte and it goes to the correct folder, I also currently have it set up to be emailed to myself but don't really want to have to.
The PDF file attached to my email has the correct file type as set in the form setting, but the file saved in Egnyte is a 19 character number that is not any of the answers filled in within the form. Is there a reason the file name in egnyte is not set correctly or where can i set it?

Hello,
The 19 character number file name you see in Egnyte is actually the Submission ID. See images below.
Submission ID as seen on Submissions
File uploaded in Egnyte
The submission PDF name is always based on the submission ID.

Am I correct in understanding that while you can specify the file name for a PDF file attached to an email it is not possible that you can specify the file name that will be be integrated with Egnyte, and this has to be the submission ID.
if I want to have the pdf named in relation to a detail in the form then i will either have to have them emailed to myself and filed manually, or automatically filed on Egnyte but then re named manually?

Hello,
At the moment is not possible to customize the name of the PDF file on the Egnyte integration, just the folder name.
