I had someone reach out to me to confirm their form submission, however, I never so their submission come through. The form is still showing zero submissions so I tested it myself. I just filled out the form and submitted it and it's still not showing any submissions.

    Hi there,

Please allow me some time to look into this issue. I'll be getting back to you on this thread with an update.

    Thank you!

I was actually able to replicate the issue. What happens is the form is not being submitted after clicking the submit button, that's why there's no submission being saved.

If you check your form, there's another page(page 138) after the page where the submit button is and that's what causing the problem. To remove the page, you can hover into the "page 138" as what is shown in the image below.

Once removed, please take note that the "submit" button on the before page might get removed as well, so you'll have to add the "submit" button again on the last page.

Also, I noticed that the form is configured to redirect to your Facebook account once submitted, I'm not sure if that's intended or was just done for testing purposes but you can change that if necessary. You can select to show JotForm's Default Thank you page as your option or customize it according to your requirements.

Thanks for your reply! I deleted page 138, however I'm not sure about how to add back in the Submit button. The next button is set to visible, but it's not there at all.

    Hello,

I have checked your form, and you would need to add the submit button from the Form Element tab. Since this is the last page, the page break field will only display the back button. Please refer to the screencast below:1603491440_5f93567022d01_form.gif
