How to enable users to download images?

Hi!

I am looking for a widge or some other way to make downloads available.

Scenario: we've created pictures as to hand out. I want the person to click on a thumbnail, enter his e-mail and name and then make it possible for him to download that file.

Pictures are on a server.

The workaround I could imagine is

1. User fills out the form, selects an image
2. submit button is availabe
3. thank you side is redirected to the downloadlink of the image

But could this be done easier? we have 12+ images.

Your workaround is correct since we currently do not have a widget that fulfills your requirement.

So what would happen is a user selects the image they want and you can provide the download link on the Thank you Page, or you can set up the Autoresponder email for submitters to have the download link there.
